Drum Lessons

The comprehensive and complete course structure guides learners to experience a range of techniques across a number of styles. The course starts with an introduction to parts of the drums, drumstick techniques, snare drum rudiments, accents, dynamics, drum fills, cymbal crashes and bass drum beats.

Students will begin to develop groove playing, notated fills, syncopated eights and sixteenth note grooves. Additionally, students will be exposed to other techniques such as graduated dynamics and various musical styles.
